Obituary

Isaiah Charles Prickett, 24, of Dyersville, formerly of Burlington, died at 11:43 AM Tuesday, July 27, 2021.

Born June 21, 1997, in Burlington, he was the son of Jared and Tasha Prickett. 

Isaiah was a 2015 graduate of West Burlington High School and a 2020 graduate from the SCC CAD program. 

He worked as an estimator for APC (Advance Precast Company) in Dyersville, IA. 

Isaiah was a very social and outgoing person who always had a smile and enjoyed making other people happy. He never knew a stranger. He was a member of Ed's Cascade Fishing and Hunting Club and the Cascade Boating Association. He liked to stay busy and enjoyed boating, hunting, going to concerts and spending time with his friends. 

Survivors include his parents, Jared and Tasha Prickett of Burlington; the love of his life, Melissa Flowers; sister, Alysa Prickett of Fort Madison; brother, Ethan Prickett of Burlington; paternal grandparents, Phil and Rebecca Prickett of West Burlington; paternal grandma, Jeanette Diehl of West Burlington; maternal grandparent, Dave Harris of Carman, IL; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Toni Belowski, maternal and paternal great-grandparents and one aunt, Leisa Fromm.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh Crematory.

Family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM  Monday, August 2, 2021 at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home.

The memorial service for Isaiah will be 3:00 PM Monday, August 2, 2021, at Prugh~Thielen Funeral Home with Vern Reed and Tim Cradic officiating. 

A memorial has been established.
