Sue was a loving wife and devoted mother to three daughters and was blessed to be called Grammie by six grandsons and one granddaughter. Sue delighted in the details of making any family event a memorable one. Sue loved her girls and grandchildren with all her heart and was immediately there to help any of them with anything needed. One of their family's traditions was matching Christmas jammies for everybody and then a family picture to add to the memories.

A memorial has been established for the Look Good, Feel Better Program which is offered in partnership with the American Cancer Society. It's a free, single session program that helps strengthen confidence and self-esteem of women through beauty and cosmetic tips. Skin, nails, and hair can change during various cancer treatments. The program covers options for dealing with hair loss, skin care, and provides hands on lessons in applying make-up. A free cosmetic kit is provided to each participant. This program benefited Sue tremendously as she experienced the adverse effects of Chemotherapy.
